Civics/Economics (Period 5)

Civics is a Social Science course designed to teach you about the American governmental system and your rights and responsibilities.We will discuss voting, how the government is formed, Civil Rights, and your personal civic life. There is an outside of school CIVICS VOLUNTEER PROJECT for this class. My section of Civics is in the Fall Semester.

 

Economics is a Social Science course designed to teach you about how economies work, how the economy of the United States works, and also personal finance. We will also work with you on your transition from high school into post-secondary education life! My section of Economics is in the Spring Semester.
