My name is Scott Kim and I am your student's Culinary Arts and Foodservice and Hospitality Careers Instructor for the 2016-17 academic school year. I am a new Instructor to Rancho, having spent a year's time previously at Saddleback College's Culinary Program as an Instructor and this past school year at Bolsa Grande High School as the Culinary Instructor here in GGUSD.
I am excited to share my 30+ years of Foodservice Industry experience with my students through hands-on, interactive and experiential culinary curriculum.
I am a California Native, born and raised in the Bay Area in Northern California.
I live with my wife and 3 children in Mission Viejo, CA for the last 20 years.
