I was born and raised in California with an appreciation for the arts. I was exposed to music, theater, dance and fine art which generated a passion for all things creative. I pursued a degree in Fine Art with a concentration in drawing and painting at CSUF. Later, I decided to combine my two passions, children and art and became a teacher. I have been teaching art in the Garden Grove District for many years and have loved every minute of it. I spend my spare time with my daughter and working on many a creative endeavor. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures, which I then try to bring into the classroom by incorporating the things I have learned into new art lessons.
