Welcome to the class! I am looking forward to a year of fun and growth. ELD means English Language Development. ELD C is the final level of ELD. This standards based class is designed to continue your development in language acquisition through the use of instructional materials and a variety of instructional strategies that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing in standard American English.
