Spanish 2 is a continuation of what students have learned in Spanish 1. Students will improve their skills in each of the major areas of communication: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Major emphasis is on the development of the ability to communicate on an intermediate level appropriate for Spanish two, while fostering fluent speech with accurate pronunciation and intonation. The skills acquired in level two will further prepare students for advanced work. An appreciation and understanding of Latino cultures is also emphasized.
